A leading conveyancing firm is seeking an experienced QLD Conveyancer to join their team. This is a full‑time Work from Home role, supported by a proactive admin team and a manager who genuinely invests in your success.
You’ll bring a professional yet down‑to‑earth approach, ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and valued throughout every stage of their property journey. Exceptional communication and customer service skills are essential.
This role blends end‑to‑end file management with relationship building, including nurturing referral partners through online or in‑person meetings, regular check‑ins, and consistent, high‑quality client communication.
The Role
- Manage conveyancing files from contract to settlement
- Prepare and draft contracts and related documentation
- Process files through to settlement, ideally with PEXA proficiency
- Conduct searches, enquiries, and due diligence
- Liaise with clients, lenders, agents,
and key stakeholders
- Maintain exceptional service standards and communication throughout each matter
