- Cafe Kazu – Westfield Miranda K11, Level 2 (in front of David Jones)
- Cafe Kazu – Chatswood Chase (Starting 22nd of Oct)

About the Role

We’re seeking experienced cooks who can deliver exceptional service, stay composed under pressure, and bring positive energy to every shift. You’ll be an important part of our team, ensuring our diverse and loyal customers enjoy a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation and Cooking

- Prep ingredients: Wash, chop, slice, and measure food items before service hours.
- Cook meals: Grill, fry, bake, or boil menu items following exact recipes.
- Plate dishes:



Arrange food neatly and add garnishes before serving. [1, 2, 3]

Cleanliness and Safety
- Sanitize stations: Keep counters, cutting boards, and cooking tools clean throughout the day.
- Follow safety rules: Handle hot surfaces and sharp knives with care to avoid injury.
- Store food properly: Label, date, and refrigerate ingredients to prevent spoilage and health risks.

What You Bring

- 1–2 years’ experience in a busy café or restaurant
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
