IGA Ravenswood is looking for an experienced Cook / Chef to join our team.

We are looking for someone who can prepare fresh, tasty food for our customers, including burgers, pizzas, breakfast items, hot meals and ready-to-go meals.

Main Duties

- Preparing and cooking burgers, pizzas and hot meals
- Preparing breakfast menu items
- Making fresh ready-to-go meals
- Food preparation and portioning
- Helping develop new menu ideas and specials
- Maintaining food quality and presentation
- Keeping the kitchen clean and organised
- Following food safety and hygiene requirements
- Managing ingredients and reducing food wastage

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a cook, chef or in a commercial kitchen
- Confident preparing a variety of foods




- Valuable understanding of food safety and hygiene
- Able to work independently
- Reliable, organised and able to work in a busy environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends

Hours and employment type can be discussed depending on experience and availability.
