Mr Benedict is looking for an experienced chef/cook to join our kitchen team.

DAYTIME HOURS. NO NIGHTS, GREAT TEAM.

We've been a part of Albury's hospitality scene for 15 years and have built a busy, well-established cafe with a solid team, great culture, and an organised kitchen.

The position is casual with set hours (approx. 25 per week), with the potential to become a permanent role in the new year.

THE ROLE

You'll be joining a supportive kitchen environment, working across our busy breakfast and lunch service.

Our menu, systems and processes are established and documented, making it straightforward to step into the role. We need a capable, reliable, and confident chef/cook who can step into a busy service, work independently, and be a strong part of the team.

- Is confident in a fast-paced kitchen
- Is organised and reliable
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Stays calm when service gets busy




- Has high standards around food quality, presentation and cleanliness
- Communicates well and contributes positively to the team
- High-volume cafe or breakfast experience highly regarded
