About the role

As a Coordinator in the Adult Mental Health team, you will be responsible for:

- Working closely with providers and community partners to support services that improve local mental health outcomes.
- Coordinating projects and activities that strengthen mental health and alcohol and other drug (AOD) service delivery across Brisbane North.
- Supporting consultation and co-design processes that reflect the needs of consumers, carers and communities.
- Supporting the Medicare Mental Health Centre providers and contracts.
- Monitoring service quality and performance, helping partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
- Fostering strong partnerships across primary care, community services and the broader health sector.
- Supporting and monitoring the application of organisational digital solutions to enhance service delivery.

About you

We’re looking for an experienced Coordinator who enjoys working with people, communities and stakeholders to create meaningful change.

You will bring

- Relevant tertiary qualifications, or significant sector experience in public health, business administration, project management, or other related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities, pay attention to detail, and deliver quality and accurate results on time in a project/program context.
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with Brisbane North PHN’s key stakeholders.

The following will be highly regarded:
- Strong understanding of the mental health,



suicide prevention and alcohol and other drug treatment service sectors, in particular primary care, and interconnecting other health and human service systems.
- Understanding of commissioning systems and processes.

Salary: $100,504.75 base, plus 12% super, 17.5% leave loading (depending on role), salary packaging, additional week of leave, $1,500 PD allowance, $150 wellbeing allowance and $1,000 car parking benefit.
