About the role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Coordinator - People Advisory to join our People Advisory team and support the delivery of a positive and consistent employee experience.

As an integral member of the People Advisory team, you will work collaboratively with leaders, managers and employees across a broad range of people matters. Supported by the broader team, you will provide guidance on day-to-day employment matters, coordinate key People Advisory processes and contribute to the delivery of recruitment activities, HR projects and firm-wide initiatives.

A key focus of the role will be coordinating our Early Careers activities and programs. This includes supporting graduate and vacationer recruitment, building relationships with university associations, coordinating sponsorship arrangements, careers fairs and networking events, and helping deliver work experience and student engagement initiatives.

As our Coordinator - People Advisory, you’ll be responsible for:

- Providing day-to-day People Advisory support and correspondence to Partners, managers and employees
- Supporting employee relations and performance management processes in collaboration with senior members of the People Advisory team
- Coordinating employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, probation tracking, employment variations, offboarding and exit processes
- Preparing and reviewing employee documentation, correspondence, offer letters and other employment-related documents
- Coordinating recruitment activities and helping maintain job descriptions across the firm
- Coordinating graduate, vacationer and work experience programs, including recruitment, intake and induction activities
- Managing relationships and activities with universities, student associations and Early Careers partners
- Coordinating People Advisory events, including logistics, communications, registrations, suppliers and post-event reporting
- Supporting the implementation of people policies, procedures,



training programs and firm-wide People Advisory projects

You’ll be a proactive and organised People skilled who enjoys working collaboratively, takes pride in delivering high-quality support and is comfortable managing a wide-ranging workload in a busy professional environment.

We're seeking someone who is:

- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
- An effective written and verbal communicator
- Comfortable building positive relationships with stakeholders at different levels
- Able to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
- Team-oriented, adaptable and willing to support a broad range of People Advisory activities
- Committed to honesty, integrity and continuous learning
- Confident using Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

You’ll ideally hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, a Certificate IV in Human Resources, or have equivalent practical experience. Approximately three years of HR or other relevant industry experience would be well regarded.
