Senior Account Manager - Recruitment n

Build and strengthen client relationships as a Senior Account Manager with Compas, supporting account management, client engagement and the delivery of recruitment and services solutions.

Essential Tasks n

- Manage and strengthen relationships across key client accounts.
n
- Understand client requirements and coordinate responsive recruitment solutions.
n
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop recent business.
n
- Work closely with the Compas team to support high-quality client outcomes.
n

Key Criteria nn
- Strong experience in account management,



client relationship management or business development.
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted, long-term client relationships.
n
- Commercial focus with the ability to identify and develop business opportunities.
