Our client is a growing property and construction business with an expanding development pipeline. They are looking for an experienced Project/Design Manager to take ownership of projects across the full development lifecycle, from acquisition and feasibility through to approvals, construction and completion.

n

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a robust construction background who understands the commercial side of development and can confidently manage multiple stakeholders, consultants and projects.

The Role n

n
- Lead development projects from acquisition, feasibility and planning through to construction and completion
n
- Manage project budgets, programmes, feasibility and development reporting
n
- Coordinate consultants, authorities, design teams, contractors and key stakeholders
n
- Oversee development approvals, design management and construction integration
n
- Manage commercial construction projects and provide oversight across contracts, procurement and delivery
n
- Assist with new business, tendering and identifying development opportunities
n




- Work closely with Directors and the wider construction team to drive project and commercial outcomes
n

About You nn
- 10+ years' experience across construction, development management, project management or contract administration
n
- Strong understanding of the development lifecycle, including feasibility, planning and approvals
n
- Construction or property development background
n
- Strong commercial and financial understanding
n
- Confident managing consultants, contractors, clients and other stakeholders
n
- Highly organised, commercially minded and comfortable taking ownership of projects
n
- Construction Management, Project Management or similar qualification highly regarded
n
