This is an opportunity for an experienced finance leader to join a successful organisation operating within a complex, inventory-intensive environment.

As Financial Controller, you will take ownership of financial reporting, controls, compliance and finance operations while playing a key role in supporting the ongoing development of the finance function.

n

THE ROLE n

n
- Ownership of the P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
n
- Leading month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting processes
n
- Driving financial control, governance and compliance initiatives
n
- Strengthening internal controls and supporting SOX requirements
n
- Managing audit, statutory reporting and tax compliance obligations
n
- Overseeing treasury, working capital and finance operations
n
- Partnering with stakeholders across the business to support decision-making
n
- Driving process improvement and operational efficiencies
n
- Owning and enhancing inventory accounting,



controls and reporting
n

ABOUT YOU nn
- CA or CPA qualification
n
- Previous Financial Controller, Senior Finance Manager or equivalent experience
n
- Solid technical accounting and financial reporting expertise
n
- Demonstrated ownership of full financial statements
n
- Strong governance, controls, audit and compliance experience
n
- Exposure to SOX-controlled environments highly regarded
n
- Inventory accounting experience within a complex operating environment
n
- Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders
n
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a continuous improvement mindset
n
