We're looking for a couple to help make our Chinchilla feedlot feel like home. One of you will lead the day-to-day running of our living facilities as Accommodation Supervisor. The other will join our Fairy Meadow kitchen as Kitchen Hand / Trainee Cook, learning the ropes alongside our Cook and helping feed a crew of around 50.

What you'll be doing

Accommodation Supervisor

- Being the friendly first point of contact for all residents
- Overseeing building, garden and facility maintenance
- Leading the accommodation team, including cooks and cleaners
- Keeping everything compliant with legislative and company standards
- Managing bookings, inspections and accurate records
- Welcoming and inducting recent starters into camp life
- Keeping camp consumables stocked and accounted for

Kitchen Hand / Trainee Cook

- Helping with prep, cooking and baking for cooked lunches, sandwiches and dinner




- Learning to bake a rotating selection of cakes, biscuits, slices and treats
- Preparing sandwiches, salads and deli meat for daily lunches
- Supporting stock rotation, labelling, ordering and the cool room and dry store
- Washing up and keeping the kitchen, dining room and toilets clean
- Learning safe food handling and hygiene as you go

What you'll bring

- Accommodation Supervisor: Confidence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and clear written and verbal communication
- Kitchen Hand: A genuine interest in food and a keenness to grow into a Cook
- Both: A solid work ethic and a can-do attitude
- Both: You're comfortable juggling priorities and work well as part of a team
- Both: An understanding of WH&S; and food hygiene, or a willingness to learn
