WE'RE HIRING: CREATIVE ACCOUNT LEAD ?

NewCo Digital is growing, and we're looking for someone who can run the room and cut the video.

This isn't a role where you take a brief, hand it to a creative and chase approvals.

We're looking for someone who wants real ownership of a portfolio of founder-led brands - understanding each business properly, setting the content strategy, briefing the creative team, and editing a good chunk of the work yourself.

What you'll be doing:

- Own the client relationship across five retainer accounts - weekly check-ins, monthly reporting, approvals
- Understand each client's business well enough to make calls on their behalf
- Set the monthly content direction per brand - pillars, formats, hooks, cadence
- Turn client goals into clear briefs and deadlines for our designers, content creators and paid media lead
- Edit reels, social video and client videos - founder talking heads, product, behind-the-scenes
- Run the review round in Frame.io and brief bigger cinematic cuts out
- Read performance with our paid media team and adjust the plan
- Spot the opportunities clients haven't asked for yet

What we're looking for:

- 3+ years in an agency or in-house, with real client-facing responsibility




- Experience managing multiple brands at once
- A confident editor - Premiere, CapCut or DaVinci - with a reel that shows pace and taste
- A strategic mindset backed by at least one content plan you've built and can show results for
- Someone who can explain a client's business back to them after one conversation
- Comfortable pushing back - on a client and on a creative
- Self-directed, organised, and running on Asana, Drive and Frame.io without hand-holding
- Someone who wants ownership, not a task list

At NewCo Digital, you'll work directly with the founders, owners and directors behind the brands we manage.

You won't just be relaying messages between clients and creatives. You'll be the person both sides look to for the call - with genuine influence over how these brands show up, and room to grow with the agency.
