We're looking for a talented Creative Designer to lead the visual expression of the Sunny Queen portfolio. In this exciting role, you'll bring our brands to life across packaging, digital, point of sale, presentations and marketing collateral, ensuring every touchpoint is engaging, consistent and commercially impactful.

You'll drive creative development, evolve brand identities, support innovation projects and deliver standout design solutions that help shape the future of one of Australia's most trusted food brands.

What You’ll Do

- Own, develop and maintain the visual identity for Sunny Queen Australia brands, ensuring creative work reflects the brand strategy, personality and commercial priorities.
- Own the brand guidelines, keeping them current, practical and easy to apply across internal teams, agencies, customers and suppliers.
- Ensure consistency across all creative touchpoints, including packaging, point of sale, product renders, digital assets, presentations, collateral, corporate branding and customer-facing materials.
- Lead packaging design from creative concept through to design execution and proofs.
- Support with innovation concepts and creative development, including early-stage idea exploration, mock-ups, product visualisation and launch ready creative assets.
- Develop key visuals, product renders, packaging mock-ups and innovation visualisations that help communicate new product ideas, customer opportunities and brand propositions.
- Create point of sale materials, customer activation assets, renders and retail design executions that support growth and brand visibility.
- Create digital assets for websites, social media, eDMs, digital advertising, customer and other online channels,



including support for photography and video content when needed.
- Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, recipe cards, trade materials and internal communications.
- Conduct other activities and projects to support Marketing team or other departments from time to time as directed.

What You’ll Bring

- Over 5 year relevant design qualification and/or demonstrated experience in graphic design, brand design, packaging design or creative design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual identity development, brand guideline application, packaging design, digital assets and campaign creative.
- Strong capability using Adobe Creative Suite and related design tools to create high-quality print, digital, packaging, presentation and visualisation assets.
- Experience owning, developing or maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring creative consistency across multiple channels and touchpoints.
- Strong attention to detail, including layout, typography, colour, image selection, artwork accuracy and file management.
- Experience in FMCG, food, retail, packaging, consumer goods or agency environments will be highly regarded.
- Creative, commercially minded and brand-led.
