We’re looking for a Credit Manager based in Sydney to evaluate and manage credit opportunities in private companies across the region, from first look through deal execution and ongoing portfolio monitoring. It's hands-on work on live transactions, and your analysis goes straight to the approval line.

How you will make an impact:

Credit assessment

- Analyse financial and non-financial information on potential investments,



benchmarking against public and private comparables.
- Write deal memos with clear recommendations for the approval line.

Industry and market research

- Research sectors and markets, turning data and industry news into insights the team can act on

Transaction and portfolio management

- Take part in pre- and post-investment reviews of portfolio performance
- Support deal execution and coordinate with internal and external parties
- Contribute to the development of our tech platform from a credit perspective

What makes you a excellent fit:

- 7+ years in corporate finance, financial audit, banking or credit
- Solid knowledge of financial, accounting and investment instruments
- Experience with commercial/SME accounts preferred.
- Strong analytical, quantitative and market research skills
- Right to work in Australia
