At Ken Hall, our Customer Operations Coordinator plays an important role in helping our customers, field teams and day-to-day operations run smoothly.

You’ll work closely with our Customer Service team, Operations Managers and technicians, supporting customer enquiries and job coordination while building your knowledge across scheduling, dispatch and wider operations.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys learning, takes ownership and wants to grow beyond a traditional customer service role. You’ll be supported with training and exposure across the business, giving you the prospect to build broader skills and take on more responsibility as you develop.

What you'll be doing

Deliver great customer service – support customers across phone, email, web and scheduling platforms.

Coordinate customer and job needs – help manage bookings,



follow-ups and changing priorities.

Keep jobs moving – maintain accurate information and follow actions through to completion.

Support the field team – work with technicians and Operations Managers to keep communication transparent and customers informed.

Build your operational knowledge – learn scheduling, dispatch and wider operational processes through ongoing training.

Take on more as you grow – develop your skills and contribute across customer service and operations as opportunities arise.

About You

We’re looking for someone with strong customer service or administration experience who is ready to learn, grow and take on more responsibility.

✔ Highly organised and confident managing competing priorities.

✔ Strong communicator who enjoys working with customers and teams.

✔ Quick thinker who can solve problems and adapt when priorities change.

✔ Takes ownership, shows initiative and follows through.

✔ Strong attention to detail and confident using computer systems.

✔ Positive, proactive and motivated to learn and develop.

✔ Experience in customer service, administration, coordination or a similar role.

✔ Experience within trades, construction, property, insurance or another service-based industry is advantageous, but not essential.

✔ Available to work full time, Monday to Friday.

✔ National Police Clearance required.
