Car Wash Customer Service / Receptionist

-We are looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused person to join our car wash team.

Main responsibilities

- Answer phone calls and customer enquiries
- Manage and confirm car wash bookings
- Greet customers when they arrive
- Check vehicles in and collect customer details
- Take and hand over vehicle keys safely
- Explain services and pricing to customers
- Coordinate with the car wash team regarding customer vehicles
- Contact customers when their vehicle is ready
- Return keys and ensure the vehicle handover is smooth
- Ask customers for feedback after the service
- Handle basic customer complaints or concerns professionally
- Keep the reception/customer area organised
