About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Online Orders Assistant to join our team at Artisan Ornaments' in Maribyrnong, Victoria.

This is a contract role with the opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment.

The role will commence on a full time basis in the first week of November until Christmas with hours ranging from 25-50 hours per week with some sporadic hours from the mid of October.

What you'll be doing

- Providing excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, processing orders, and handling returns and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner

- Dealing with inbound & outbound calls

- Assisting with the management of our online sales platform, including updating product information, processing orders, and tracking inventory

- Communicating with customers via phone, email, and social media to ensure a positive and seamless experience

- Collaborating with the broader team to identify and implement process improvements





- Labelling parcels for shipments
- packing and tracking outgoing parcels.

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within a retail or e-commerce setting

- Polite & friendly communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy

- Availability Monday to Friday from the first week of November is a must.
