We're hiring a Customer Service Representative for a high-performing team that values top performance, self-motivation, and the willingness to do what it takes to be the best. As the face of Duo Group, you will:

- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.
- Assist clients with enquiries relating to tax depreciation schedules, property valuation reports, and our range of services.
- Build solid customer relationships by providing accurate information and resolving enquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate customer records, contribute to process improvements, and consistently meet service standards and team KPIs.

What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service/sales.




- Strong problem-solving, organisational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive, accountable attitude with a willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence communicating with a diverse range of customers and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $850,000.00 per year
