About the Role

We are looking for friendly, reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Team Members to join our team at our Mobil Petrol Station in Bomaderry, NSW 2541.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with customers, can work independently and is comfortable working in a busy retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Operate the cash register and EFTPOS
- Process fuel, convenience and other retail transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, tidy and well-presented store
- Replenish shelves and check stock levels
- Receive and put away deliveries
- Follow cash handling, safety and store procedures
- Assist customers with general enquiries
- Maintain clean and presentable forecourt areas
- Work as part of a team to achieve daily store operations

About You We are looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable and confident dealing with customers
- Reliable and punctual
- Well-presented and qualified




- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Able to follow instructions and store procedures
- Honest and responsible with cash handling
- Available to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays where required

Previous retail, petrol station, convenience store or customer service experience is preferred but not essential. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
