Must have current AHPRA registration as a medical practitioner.

The local health service is a32 bed facility with 21 hospital care beds,5 maternity beds and 6 day surgery chairs. The full range of community health services include community nursing, allied health and mental health services.

The 24-hour Accident and Emergency Department is equipped with video/telehealth, connecting the team with specialists through the Critical Care Advisory Service.A 26-bedrehabilitation and palliative care service adjoins the facility.
