The Prospect n

Reporting into a highly experienced finance leadership team, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of all tax obligations while supporting tax governance, risk management and business advisory activities.

Key responsibilities include: n

- End to end preparation and lodgement of corporate income tax, GST and other taxation obligations
n
- Management of withholding tax, PAYG and tax payment processes
n
- Preparation of tax provisions, deferred tax calculations and supporting workpapers
n
- Supporting FBT, FATCA/CRS and other regulatory reporting requirements
n
- Tax data analysis,



reconciliations and investigation of discrepancies across multiple systems
n
- Responding to queries from auditors, external advisors and regulatory bodies
n
- Researching legislative changes and assessing impacts on the business
n
- Providing tax advice on new products, transactions and business initiatives
n
- Supporting transfer pricing, tax governance and broader tax documentation projects
n

About You nn
- 5+ years' experience in a dedicated tax role
n
- Strong knowledge of Australian corporate tax, GST and related tax legislation
n
- Background within financial services, banking or a complex regulated environment is highly regarded
n
- CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification preferred
n
- Advanced Excel skills and robust analytical capability
n
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non technical stakeholders
n
- Highly organised, detail oriented and comfortable managing competing priorities
n
