As a Sales Executive at Ozzy Tyres Wagga, you will be responsible for providing customers with the right tyre, wheel and automotive solutions while driving sales and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key responsibilities n

- Selling tyres, wheels and wheel & tyre packages
n
- Providing customers with professional product recommendations
n
- Preparing quotes and following up customer enquiries
n
- Converting phone, online and walk-in enquiries into sales
n
- Upselling relevant products and services
n
- Recommending wheel alignments, suspension and other automotive services where appropriate
n
- Helping customers select suitable wheels based on vehicle fitment, style and budget
n
- Developing strong relationships with retail and trade customers
n
- Following up previous customers and sales opportunities
n
- Meeting and exceeding individual and store sales targets
n

About you nn
- Previous tyre and wheel sales experience
n
- Strong knowledge of tyres, wheels and vehicle fitment
n
- Experience selling aftermarket wheels and tyre packages
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Strong sales and negotiation ability
n
- Confidence speaking with customers face-to-face and over the phone
n




- Ability to follow up leads and close sales
n
- A strong understanding of KPIs and sales targets
n
- Good computer and point-of-sale skills
n
