Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Planner for an immediate start, based at their Wangara head office in Perth.

n

You’ll be joining a major, mining & resources tender involving a large-scale civil package valued at approximately $400M–$500M. The scope includes bulk earthworks, detailed earthworks, HDPE lining and underground drainage.

n

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Planner with strong Primavera P6, civil earthworks, tender and ECI experience to play a key role in developing the programme and supporting the tender submission.

- Start: ASAP

- Hours: Monday–Friday
n
- Rate: $95–$110 per hour + super
n
- Pay: Weekly
n
- Contract: 5 months initially
n
- Potential: Temp-to-perm opportunity based on performance
n
- Project: Major $400M–$500M civil mining & resources package
n

Key Responsibilities nn
- Develop construction methodologies and planning strategies
n
- Assist with estimating, resourcing and construction planning
n
- Develop the ECI Level 4 programme and ensure alignment with the cost estimate
n




- Prepare planning and commercial reports for management and tender submission
n
- Develop and review S-curves, manning histograms and cash flow curves
n
- Undertake scenario planning, resource loading and resource levelling
n
- Work closely with Estimators and Quantity Surveyors to align programme, resources and cost
n
- Support the development of a robust and commercially aligned tender programme
n

About You nn
- Highly proficient Primavera P6 skills
n
- Strong experience developing resource-loaded programmes for large-scale civil and bulk earthworks projects
n
- Previous experience working on tenders and ECI projects
n
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies, planning and resource requirements
n
- Experience aligning programmes with cost budgets and cost control
n
- Civil Engineering qualification highly desirable
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
