Ford is looking for an ambitious and results-driven New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our recent vehicle sales team and drive continued growth across one of Australia's most recognised automotive brands.

n

This is an opportunity for an experienced sales professional who knows how to motivate a team, build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced dealership environment.

About the Role n

Reporting to the General Manager, you'll take ownership of the new vehicle sales operation, leading the team to achieve sales, customer satisfaction and profitability targets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

n

- Lead, coach and motivate the New Vehicle Sales team
n
- Drive new vehicle sales performance and achieve monthly targets
n
- Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales opportunities
n
- Monitor KPIs, sales results, gross profit and conversion performance
n
- Manage vehicle stock, inventory levels and model mix
n
- Build strong relationships with customers and deliver an exceptional experience
n
- Work closely with the Dealer Principal, Marketing and other dealership departments
n
- Recruit, onboard and develop sales team members
n
- Ensure sales processes and manufacturer standards are consistently followed
n
- Identify opportunities to improve team performance and dealership results
n

About You n

We're looking for a confident and commercially focused sales leader who can inspire a team and consistently deliver results.

You’ll bring:

- Previous experience in an Automotive Sales Manager or Senior Sales leadership role
n
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
n
- Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills
n
- Excellent communication,



negotiation and relationship-building skills
n
- Strong understanding of automotive sales processes and dealership operations
n
- Commercial acumen with a focus on profitability and performance
n
- A customer-first approach and commitment to delivering an exceptional experience
n
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
n
- A current Australian driver's licence
