Job Summary

Provides consulting services with technical expertise in Agile Distribution Line Rating (DDLR) solutions. Supports electric utilities in optimizing network capacity, improving asset utilization, increasing hosting capacity and enabling enhanced network visibility through real-time operational intelligence and monitoring technologies.

Principal Duties

- Support design and implementation of DDLR solutions.
- Develop operational use cases and network optimization strategies.
- Analyse network performance and asset loading conditions.
- Support integration with ADMS, DERMS, SCADA and analytics platforms.
- Participate in testing, validation and deployment activities.
- Develop technical documentation and user procedures.
- Support operational readiness and post-implementation support activities.

Technical Skills

- Strong understanding of Dynamic Line Rating principles.




- Knowledge of power system operations and distribution engineering.
- Experience with load flow studies and network analysis.
- Understanding of utility telemetry and monitoring systems.
- Experience with ADMS, DMS, EMS or SCADA environments.
- Knowledge of analytics and operational performance tools.

Industry Knowledge Capability

- Utility distribution planning and operations.
- Network optimization and asset management.
- Distributed Energy Resource integration.
- Utility operational technology environments.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of utility engineering or OT experience.
- Experience in distribution network operations, planning or grid modernization initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
