Whatever your team or role, you're helping grow our people, grow our business and making a lasting impact on the Australian community. You'll find a culture of connection in our great people and the flexibility to balance work with life outside of it.

About the opportunity

As the Network Partners Support Officer, you'll play an important role in supporting Australia Post's Extended Workforce Network Partners. Reporting to the Network Partners Query Management & Support Manager, you'll be responsible for managing enquiries, supporting onboarding and offboarding activities, and ensuring Network Partners receive timely, accurate and professional support throughout their engagement lifecycle.

Working closely with operational leaders, contractors and internal stakeholders, you'll help maintain a seamless support experience by managing enquiries, coordinating resolutions and ensuring critical systems and processes are maintained effectively. Success in this role means delivering high-quality customer service, building strong stakeholder relationships and contributing to continuous improvement across the Network Partners function.

Please note this is a 12 month fixed term position.

You'll also

- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for Network Partners,

ensuring all administrative activities are completed accurately and within agreed service levels.
- Respond to Network Partner enquiries relating to personnel lifecycle processes, compliance requirements and contractor management systems.
- Maintain and reconcile information across various systems including SAP, SharePoint, Manage My Team and the Contractor Compliance Management System (CMS).
- Investigate and resolve complex enquiries, escalating matters where appropriate and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver timely outcomes.

About you You're a customer-focused and organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced support environment. You enjoy solving problems, managing competing priorities and building strong working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. With excellent communication skills and a proactive approach, you're committed to delivering high-quality service and supporting positive outcomes for both internal and external customers.

You'll also

- Have experience in a help desk, customer support, contractor management or logistics-related workplace.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear advice and support to a broad stakeholder group.
- Have experience using business systems such as SAP and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and navigate multiple platforms and databases.

- Bring strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of enquiries while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience supporting contractors, workforce administration or compliance processes will be highly regarded.

What else is in it for you?

- Bring your whole self to work every day and be met by a welcoming bunch of people who respect and support you.
- Flexible and hybrid working arrangements, like the opportunity to work from home two days per week.
- Opportunities for growth and development through formal programs or mentorship.
- Exclusive team member discounts and offers for more cash in your pocket, evolving policies for flexible working, leave types and access to health and wellbeing resources.

All walks, one route It takes a lot of us to deliver for every Australian – and it's important to us that our people behind the parcels reflect the people receiving them. We come from all walks. Different backgrounds, different ages, different genders, different sexualities and different abilities, but we all believe in the same purpose.

We welcome people of all ages, genders and backgrounds – including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people with disability, LGBTQIA+ communities, and refugees. We're a Disability Confident Recruiter, committed to making our hiring process and workplace inclusive and barrier-free. We're also working hard to remove bias and build a gender-equitable experience for everyone who joins us.

If you've got questions about accessibility, reach out to our Diversity & Inclusion team at [email protected] or on 03 8737 9415.
