Make an impact at Serco Join the Allied Health Team as a Dental Assistant delivering high-quality, patient-centred oral healthcare that meets the unique needs of individuals in custody and supports their overall wellness. This is a part-time role (flexible days). In This Role, You Will

- Deliver high-quality, effective, patient-centred dental care
- Address custodial oral health needs to support overall wellbeing
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, patient-centred care
- Communicate effectively with health staff, custodial teams, and external providers





To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have

- Certificate III in Dental Assisting (HLT35021) from a registered training organisation (RTO)
- If with Certificate IV in Dental Assisting - Dental Radiography, must hold a current license with radiation authority
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- First Aid Certificate
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Cultural awareness and the ability to work with diverse populations
