Dental Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator

We are looking for a vibrant, professional Dental Receptionist to welcome our patients and manage our front office operations.

The RoleThis position is perfect for an experienced dental professional who thrives on a blend of expert reception management and clinical understanding. You will be the face and voice of our practice, ensuring smooth patient flows and efficient scheduling. Key Responsibilities

- Manage Phone Enquiries: Professionally handle high-volume inbound phone calls with a confident and caring phone manner.
- Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently coordinate, book, and optimise clinical schedules to keep the practice running smoothly.
- Patient Welcoming: Greet arriving patients, manage check-ins,



and deliver exceptional front-of-house customer service.
- Administrative Support: Manage patient files, process HICAPS / EFTPOS payments, and handle day-to-day administrative requests.

Requirements
- D4W Experience: Proven, hands-on experience using Dental4Windows (D4W) software is essential.
- Clinical Background: Previous experience working as a Dental Assistant is highly preferred to ensure strong understanding of dental terminology and clinical timing.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills with a confident, friendly phone manner.
- Organisation: High attention to detail with sharp multitasking and troubleshooting abilities.
