National Dental Care is looking for an Associate Dentist to join National Dental Care Mawson Lakes in Mawson Lakes, SA.

This is an opportunity to work Wednesdays and Thursdays, including a later 10am to 7pm session on Thursdays, within an established 7-chair practice with a strong pre-existing patient base. You’ll be supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team and strong hygiene program, while maintaining the autonomy to make your own clinical decisions and provide high-quality general dentistry.

What you’ll be doing In this role, you’ll have the chance to:

- Provide high-quality general dentistry across a broad range of treatments
- Build and maintain robust relationships with an established patient base
- Deliver patient-centred care with full clinical autonomy
- Work collaboratively with an experienced team of Dentists and support staff
- Work alongside 2 Hygienists and 4 Oral Health Therapists as part of a strong hygiene program
- Utilise modern clinical technology to support diagnosis and treatment planning
- Continue developing your clinical skills through ongoing CPD and professional development

About you We’re looking for an Associate Dentist who:

- Holds the appropriate qualifications and registration to practise dentistry in Australia
- Is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred clinical care
- Enjoys building strong, long-term relationships with patients
- Is confident working independently while collaborating with an experienced team
- Values clinical autonomy and professional development
- Is available to work Wednesdays and Thursdays

The 7-chair practice is supported by an experienced team of Dentists and support staff, including 2 Hygienists and 4 Oral Health Therapists. The practice has a strong hygiene program and provides a collaborative environment for clinicians.

The practice has been recently refurbished and is supported by modern clinical technology, including:

- OPG
- CBCT
- CEREC
- iTero scanner
- Intraoral cameras
