Key Responsibilities | What You’ll Do

As a Dermal Clinician / Dermal Therapist at Aesthetic Skin Co. By Lilly, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional patient care, personalised treatment journeys and evidence-based skin solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and assessments, developing personalised treatment plans tailored to individual skin concerns and goals.
- Perform a diverse range of advanced skin and laser treatments, including:

- Venus Viva Skin Resurfacing
- Advanced Mesoneedling
- Lira Clinical Corrective Peels
- Dermaclear & Dermaplaning

- Advanced Corrective Skin Treatments

- Work confidently with our professional skincare ranges, providing personalised homecare recommendations to support long-term skin health and treatment outcomes.
- Educate patients throughout their skin journey, building genuine relationships through trust, clinical knowledge and exceptional service.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, treatment records and adhere to clinic protocols and professional standards.
- Work collaboratively alongside our Registered Nurses, dermal team and clinic coordinator to deliver a seamless patient experience.
- Contribute to clinic growth through patient retention, treatment planning, rebookings and retail recommendations, achieving agreed KPIs through education rather than high-pressure sales.
- Actively participate in ongoing education, professional development and training opportunities.
