Are you starting your career in design and looking for an opportunity to build your experience across graphic design and content creation? Carlile Swim is looking for a Design & Content Assistant to join our Marketing & Customer team, based in our Sydney Support Office.

This is a junior, hands on creative role where you’ll work alongside experienced team members to create and adapt visual assets across digital, print and social channels.

You’ll also get involved in capturing and editing social content, including short form video, Reels and other digital content from across our swim schools.

About the Role:

Working closely with our Marketing & Customer team, you’ll:

- Create and adapt visual assets including social graphics, flyers, posters, signage and internal communications
- Support creative design for campaigns across digital and print
- Adapt and resize existing creative for different channels and formats
- Create social media graphics and digital content using Canva
- Capture photo and video content at our swim schools, events and campaigns
- Edit short form video, Reels, Stories and other social content using CapCut
- Support content creation for organic and paid social channels
- Prepare artwork for digital and print use
- Help maintain brand templates, creative assets and campaign materials
- Work with teams across Carlile Swim to capture authentic stories, milestones and moments from our centres
- Contribute creative ideas to campaigns and marketing projects

About You: This could be a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone in the early stages of their design career who is ready to build their practical experience.

You’ll bring

- A degree or qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related design field
- Confidence using Canva




- Experience using CapCut for video editing
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong graphic design fundamentals and a good visual eye
- An understanding of designing for digital, print and social media
- Confidence editing photo and video content
- Solid attention to detail and good organisation skills
- A collaborative approach and willingness to learn
- Flexibility to visit our swim schools to capture content when required
