Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design development and technical delivery of premium hospitality and multi-unit residential schemes, ensuring concept integrity and high-quality standards.

- Take ownership of project coordination, liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors to streamline communication and execution.

- Drive creative problem-solving through design workshops and presentations, translating client briefs into inspiring built environments.

- Oversee the production of detailed documentation using Revit, maintaining accuracy and design intent throughout all phases.

- Mentor junior team members, nurturing talents and fostering a collaborative, knowledge-sharing studio culture.

- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring delivery aligns with client expectations and studio goals.

- Contribute to the firm's reputation for innovative design and sustainable practices, shaping the studio’s future direction.

Skills & Experience

- 7 years of professional experience, with a proven track record in hospitality, housing, or multi-unit residential projects.

- Strong Revit proficiency,



with the ability to manage complex design and documentation workflows.

- Demonstrated project leadership, from concept through delivery, in a rapid-paced, high-quality environment.

- Exceptional communication skills, confident in client-facing roles and consultant coordination.

- An adaptable approach to project sectors, with relevant experience in hotel and wellness schemes preferred but not essential.

- Passion for innovation, detail, and delivering excellence at every phase of design.

- A proactive team player committed to professional development and studio success.
