- Developing ideas for social posts, reels, stories and short-form video
- Writing engaging and authentic social media copy
- Creating graphics and visual content
- Capturing and editing short-form video content
- Developing creative content concepts and campaigns
- Repurposing content across different platforms
- Helping develop and maintain a consistent brand presence
- Keeping up with current social media trends and content formats
- Using storytelling to communicate ideas around personal development, leadership, freedom and opportunity
- Analysing content performance and identifying opportunities to improve engagement
- Working alongside the wider team to bring creative ideas to life
