The Opportunity

ZIMMERMANN is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Digital Content Project Assistant to join our Digital team on a casual basis in Rosebery, NSW.

This temporary casual opportunity will support a key digital transformation project and is expected to run from October 2026 through to January 2027. The successful candidate will be available to work Monday to Friday throughout the engagement period.

Supporting the delivery of our Digital Architecture Modernization Project, you will help ensure project milestones and deliverables are completed accurately, on time and to an exceptional standard. The role will focus on content migration, website quality assurance and User Acceptance Testing across our content management and ecommerce platforms.

This opportunity is well suited to someone who enjoys working with digital content, technology and project delivery. Working closely with the Digital Content and Digital Delivery teams,



you will contribute to delivering a seamless online experience that reflects ZIMMERMANN's brand standards and client experience.

Key Responsibilities

As the Digital Content Project Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

Content Migration

- Assist with the delivery of the Digital Architecture Modernization Project, ensuring milestones and deliverables are completed accurately and on time
- Upload product, functional and editorial content across Contentful CMS, Magento 2 and Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Coordinate content migration activities, track progress and escalate risks or issues where required
- Review migrated website content and digital assets to identify gaps, inconsistencies, outdated information or further migration requirements
- Prepare and maintain content migration trackers, workflows and supporting project documentation
- Upload, format and publish content within the new CMS in line with ZIMMERMANN’s brand guidelines
- Review migrated content for correct placement, formatting, functionality, metadata, imagery and linking
- Draft content blocks and pages in accordance with website migration plans and project briefs
- Follow established review and approval processes to obtain stakeholder sign-off

User Acceptance Testing

- Support the execution of User Acceptance Testing across the new CMS and ecommerce platform
- Develop and maintain UAT documentation and Jira tickets
- Test website functionality, navigation, content, product listing pages, product detail pages, search, forms and user journeys across desktop and mobile devices
- Validate fixes and complete regression testing to confirm identified issues have been resolved
- Help ensure website content, functionality and user experience meet business requirements ahead of launch
- Coordinate feedback from internal stakeholders and consolidate findings into clear, actionable recommendations




- Assist with pre-launch quality assurance checks and launch readiness activities
