Elevated Wellness is an integrative wellness center and gift shop in Lakeway that provides a range of wellness services. Additionally, the gift shop features unique items designed to inspire creativity, promote self-discovery, encourage mindfulness, and enhance overall well-being.

We are looking to add a Digital Marketing/Sales Administrative Assistant to work alongside the business owner and practitioners with a variety of responsibilities.

Essential Job Functions

Digital Marketing (website design, advertisement, social media)

- Maintain company website to ensure its updated, user-friendly and visually aligned with EW brand
- Create/post content on website including blogs, event pages, service updates, and client testimonials
- Collaborate with team leads highlighting specific services, promotions, and events
- Design/advertise/post promotional materials and digital flyers congruent with branding, products, services, announcements for target audience on social media, email campaigns, print
- Manage, segment, and increase email subscriber database/virtual mailing list
- Respond to comments, DMs, and community interactions in a timely, skilled manner

Event Coordination
- Assist leadership in facilitating team meetings, events fostering smooth logistics (scheduling, reminders, and follow-up
- Assist with planning and executing community events (open houses, workshops, wellness fairs, etc.).
- Supervise logistics including vendor communication, setup/tear-down, registrations, and attendee experience
- Promote events via social media, email campaigns, and local partnerships
- Collect feedback post-event to measure impact and improve future planning





Sales Administration
- Provide enthusiastic customer service within gift shop [includes but not limited to]: a welcoming attitude upon customer entry, customer support, merchandise promotion and sales
- Log retail inventory within selected databases
- Communicate monthly sales reports data with business owner and vendors
- Display and stock boutique items that are visually appealing and promote sales

Center Maintenance and Support

- Manage daily procedures within the gift shop to enhance a positive environment [includes but not limited to]: Opening and closing procedures, routine cleaning services, merchandise and resource communication
- Support practitioners on-site while Familiarity with practitioners roles and services
- Attend and participate in staff meetings

Qualifications

- High school diploma, GED, or similar certification
- Saturdays available
- Technology experience (platforms include social media (instagram, facebook), Canva, Google programs, Squarespace website design, Square register, and virtual mailing lists)
- Computer available for work use
- Enthusiastic attitude and motivation to learn and complete tasks
- Positive communication skills in a timely manner
- Effective time management skills
- Self-starter on tasks related to job duties
- Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred

Job Type: Part-time, onsite Tuesday-Friday, 10-5 pm and Saturday,10-2pm; at least 20 hours a week

Compensation: $15-$17/hr
