We are seeking experienced Digital Forensics professionals to join our Digital Forensics team in the Cyber Operations, Programs and Strategy branch.

Through this process, we are recruiting for a range of digital forensic roles, including Digital Forensics Lead, Digital Forensics Cryptocurrency Lead and Digital Forensics eDiscovery Lead.

As a (EL 1) Digital Forensics Lead, you will lead complex digital forensic activities and provide specialist technical expertise to support investigative, litigation and operational outcomes. You will assure the integrity, admissibility and defensibility of digital evidence and provide technical guidance on complex matters.

As a (EL 1) Digital Forensics Cryptocurrency Lead, you will lead complex cryptocurrency investigations and provide specialist expertise in tracing and interpreting cryptocurrency transactions, blockchain activity and digital assets.

As a (EL 1) Digital Forensics eDiscovery Lead, you will lead the delivery and governance of eDiscovery services, supporting investigations, litigation and operational requirements through the management, analysis and disclosure of electronic information.

Across all roles, you will lead quality assurance, refine procedures and frameworks, evaluate emerging technologies and build productive relationships with internal stakeholders, law enforcement agencies, legal representatives, government partners and technology providers. You will develop team capability through coaching,



mentoring and knowledge sharing.

These roles have exposure to highly sensitive, confidential and, at times, explicit material. For the Digital Forensics Lead and Digital Forensics Cryptocurrency Lead roles, you will be required to attend field work at different locations across the country to assist in ATO investigations. This will require you to travel interstate, work overtime and can include overnight stay when travelling.

In addition, you will be required to work outside of the ordinary hours of duty on an ad hoc basis and attend an annual mandatory counselling session.

Candidates may be placed in a Forensics Lead, Forensics Cryptocurrency Lead or Forensics eDiscovery Lead role.

These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Brisbane CBD, Perth CBD or Sydney CBD.
