AWS Services VIC Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of our SEO, Google Ads, website and digital content, with a strong focus on improving our online visibility and generating genuine enquiries for the business.

This is a hands-on role. We are looking for someone who has proven experience, can work independently and can identify and implement improvements rather than simply providing recommendations.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include

- Managing and optimising our Google Ads / Google AdWords campaigns

- Ensuring our ads are targeting the right searches, keywords, locations and potential customers

- Conducting keyword research and identifying new advertising opportunities

- Monitoring advertising spend and ensuring our budget is being used effectively

- Reviewing campaign performance and making adjustments where required

- Managing and improving our SEO strategy

- Improving our Google search rankings and organic visibility

- Conducting ongoing keyword research and on-page SEO improvements

- Reviewing our current website and identifying areas for improvement

- Assisting with a redesign and refresh of our existing website

- Creating and updating website pages, service information and project content as required

- Ensuring website content is optimised for both search engines and potential customers

- Managing and improving our Google Business Profile

- Creating and editing digital content, including project photography, video and other multimedia

- Assisting with website graphics and visual content where required

- Monitoring website traffic, enquiries, search performance and advertising results

- Providing regular reporting on campaign performance, advertising spend and SEO results

- Identifying opportunities to improve our digital presence and generate more relevant enquiries

About You

We are looking for someone with proven,



hands-on experience in SEO and Google Ads who can hit the ground running.

You will ideally have experience with:

- Google Ads / Google AdWords

- SEO and keyword research

- Google Analytics

- Google Search Console

- Website design and management

- WordPress or similar website platforms

- Website content creation and optimisation

- Google Business Profile

- Digital advertising and campaign management

- Basic graphic design and multimedia

- Website analytics and reporting

Experience working with construction, building, civil, remedial, engineering or property businesses would be highly regarded.
