About the role

We're on the hunt for a Client Success Executive to join our Client Service team at Springboard Digital. You'll work closely with our Client Success Managers, supporting them with day-to-day client management and helping bring on new clients through sales and business development opportunities.

It's a role built for growth. You'll learn how we run client relationships from the ground up, with a view to building your skills and confidence to manage your own portfolio of clients.

What you'll be doing

- Supporting our Client Success Managers with day-to-day client communication and account management
- Helping welcome and onboard new clients
- Coordinating with our in-house experts so the work lines up with what each client actually cares about




- Preparing monthly reports and helping walk clients through their results
- Supporting new sales opportunities, including proposals, pitches and following up with prospective clients
- Keeping our CRM and internal systems accurate and up to date

From time to time, you may also be asked to help our delivery team with tasks like building and managing paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok Ads) or technical and content SEO and AEO / AI Search Visibility. You don't need to know how to do this already. We'll train you as needed.

- Taking on and managing your own portfolio of clients
- Helping shape digital marketing strategies for clients and prospects
- Working with the wider team to improve how we work, so we keep clients longer and grow the agency

What we're looking for

This is an entry to mid-level role, so we're open to a range of backgrounds. You might be:

- A recent graduate in marketing, communications, business or a related field
- A current student close to finishing your degree and available to work 3 days per week
- Someone looking to get their start in the digital marketing industry




- Someone with 1–2 years of relevant agency or digital marketing experience
