We’re now looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to drive our digital growth, e-commerce and customer engagement strategies.

About the Role:

Reporting to the General Manager of Marketing and leading a small team, you’ll own our digital presence across e-commerce, CRM, social media, and content. You’ll balance strategy with hands-on delivery, and be accountable for results, budgets and digital performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and deliver the digital marketing strategy across acquisition, conversion and retention

- Drive e-commerce growth and manage the Clark Rubber website experience





- Develop and execute CRM & customer lifecycle programs with actionable insights

- Manage and grow social media communities and content strategies with our social media specialist

- Oversee budgets, reporting and ROI to achieve business objectives

What We’re Looking For

You’re a results-driven digital marketer with strong retail or consumer brand experience. You’ll bring:

- Degree in Marketing, Business or similar

- 5 years’ experience in digital marketing & CRM/lifecycle management

- Proven e-commerce management success

- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, email, social, analytics & digital channels

- Experience leading small teams and managing agencies

- Analytical, data-driven mindset with great communication skills
