We are seeking a Digital Marketing & AI Specialist to join our team on a permanent full‑time basis, supporting the delivery of modern, data‑driven digital marketing initiatives across the business.

About the Role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this is a hands‑on role suited to a digitally savvy marketer who enjoys execution, optimisation and continuous improvement.

You will support HPA’s digital marketing activities across email, website, social media and paid campaigns, while also leveraging AI‑enabled tools (including generative AI platforms) to improve content quality, campaign performance and workflow efficiency.

This role is ideal for someone who is curious about emerging technologies, detail‑oriented, and excited to work in a professional healthcare environment where accuracy and compliance matter.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the planning, execution and optimisation of digital marketing initiatives across email, website, SEO/SEM and social media
- Assist with the development and scheduling of social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook
- Support paid digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and paid social
- Maintain and update website content, product pages, landing pages and blogs
- Assist with CRM and promotional email campaigns, including content development, segmentation and reporting




- Use AI tools to draft, refine and optimise marketing content, while applying human review to ensure accuracy, tone and compliance
- Monitor and report on digital marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations
- Support general marketing activities, including industry events, exhibitions, product launches and internal marketing initiatives
- Assist with marketing assets for tenders, sales documentation and presentations
- Help maintain digital asset libraries and marketing records

About You

Essential

- Experience in a digital marketing, marketing assistant or similar role
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Confidence working across email, social media and website content
- Interest in AI‑enabled marketing tools and emerging technologies

Desirable

- Experience using AI tools
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads and paid social campaigns
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Brevo)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience in healthcare, medical or regulated industries
