Digital Media Production & Social Media Coordinator

Love coffee, content creation, and keeping things well organised? Yahava KoffeeWorks is on the hunt for a passionate, part-time Digital Media Production (Mac Operator) & Social Media Coordinator to join the team at our Vasse Head Office.

This is a stable, permanent part-time role offering a consistent 35-hour week, working Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm. If you have a Certificate IV in Graphic Design (or equivalent technical file-prep skills), a great eye for capturing social content, and want a role where you can be both autonomous and learn, we want to hear from you!

About the role

Based at our Vasse Head Office, this permanent part-time role bridges the gap between technical print preparation and dynamic digital storytelling. Working closely with our senior designers, you will take ownership of our main social media channels while working alongside our entire team to deliver all local, in-store promotions, print materials, and digital assets across our franchise network.

Interviews commence the week beginning : 12th October.

What you'll be doing

- Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly alongside our head office team and senior designers to ensure all franchise stores receive timely promotional materials.
- Technical File Prep: Prepare high-quality,



technical print-ready artwork for in-house campaigns, local store promotions, and menus.
- Social Media Ownership: Concept, film, photograph, and design engaging content for Instagram and Facebook.
- Scheduling & Engagement: Manage our digital publishing calendar and respond to our community in a timely, professional voice.
- Mac Operation: Use Adobe Creative Suite to format, resize, and output digital and print assets.

What we're looking for

- Qualifications: Certificate IV in Graphic Design or a similar, relevant qualification.
- Technical Software Skills: Proficiency in Mac OS and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
- Social Media : Enthusiam to manage and grow social media platforms for our brand.
- Teamwork & Communication: Solid team work skills to work with our internal team design team.
- Content Creation Eye: Basic photography and video editing skills to capture beautiful content on the fly.
- Local Presence & Availability: Ability to work on-site at our Vasse Head Office for the set Monday to Friday (8:00 am – 3:30 pm) schedule.
- Ready and able to commence work: Tuesday the 10th of November.
