We are a data driven technology company that enables our clients to connect to their customers through print, fulfilment, communications, automation and commercial signage, based in Dandenong South.

We are consistently growing and currently have a new position for an experienced Digital Print all-rounder on day shift who will have the opportunity to utilise several machines.

Key responsibilities may include but not limited to:

· Operation of Fujifilm toner based digital presses

· Operation of print finishing equipment

· Wide Format digital printers

· Experience with print finishing equipment is desirable to enhance operational capabilities

· Opportunity to be actively involved in driving operational change within the business

· In-house training with newly installed print and finishing equipment

· Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment

· Assisting with managing and scheduling daily orders to ensure production time frames and quality objectives and standards are met

· Liaise with leaders and production management on all issues that may affect production's ability to meet their requirements daily

· Contribute to process improvements that boost efficiency and productivity

· Flexibility with regards to shifts in line with operational requirements

· Flexibility to work occasional overtime as required to meet operational demands





· Follow processes and work in liaison with the Production Manager

Ideal Qualifications and Experience:

· Demonstrated experience in a similar position in a fast-paced commercial digital printing environment, ideally using any of Fujifilm, Konica Minolta, HP or Ricoh digital printing equipment

· Knowledge & understanding of wide format printing and print finishing would be an advantage

· Previous use of laminator/s and die cutting equipment would be well regarded

· Excellent organisational and time management skills enabling you to meet operational production requirements and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

· Technically minded

· A keen eye for quality and detail

· You are good at working autonomously but also as part of a team as required

· Must be reliable, responsible, honest and committed to ensuring client and other deadlines are met

· Motivated, prepared to learn and go that extra mile and be self-reliant.
