We’re working with a quick-growing business education and mentoring company that helps fitness, health and wellness business owners attract more clients and grow.

They’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of their in-house marketing.

The role

Meta advertising and lead generation will be the main focus, but this is broader than a standard paid media role. You’ll also get involved in creative strategy, Google Ads, landing pages, funnels, CRM, email and the wider customer journey.

You’ll work closely with the founder and an in-house content creator. They’ll produce and edit the assets, while you focus on the ideas, hooks, messaging, testing and performance behind them.

What you’ll do

- Plan, build and optimise Meta lead-generation campaigns
- Develop campaign concepts, hooks and creative briefs
- Test audiences, offers, messaging and formats
- Identify what’s working and know when to scale
- Improve landing pages, funnels and conversion points
- Support Google Ads, CRM, email and automation
- Connect campaign performance with lead quality and sales outcomes
- Help keep monthly workshops full
- Over time, share your marketing knowledge with clients at workshops

About you

You’ll likely suit this role if you:

- Have hands-on Meta Ads experience




- Have generated leads for a service-based business
- Understand CPL, CPA, conversion rates and lead quality
- Can turn data into better creative and campaign decisions
- Have some exposure to funnels, CRM, email or Google Ads
- Are proactive and comfortable taking ownership
- Enjoy moving quickly, testing ideas and continuously improving
- Want to focus on growing one business rather than managing a large client portfolio

Experience within fitness, health, wellness, coaching, education or another high-ticket service would be highly relevant, but it isn’t essential.
