We are seeking a Digital Support Analyst to join a government department and provide customer-focused Level 1 ICT support across a range of technologies and services.

This is a 6 month contact with 2x 6 month extensions

About the Role

? Provide Level 1 ICT support across Windows, Microsoft 365 and workplace technologies.

?️ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, connectivity and account access issues.

? Log, manage and update incidents and service requests using ServiceNow or a similar ITSM platform.

? Provide professional support via phone, email and face-to-face, escalating more complex issues when required.

? Work in a fast-paced workplace, managing competing priorities while delivering a positive user experience.

About YouWe’re looking for someone who has:

- Experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk or IT Support environment.

- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- Sound knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Experience using ServiceNow or a similar ITSM/ticketing platform is desirable.

- The ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment and manage competing priorities.

EligibilityAustralian Citizenship is required,



or you must have the ability to obtain an Australian Government Baseline security clearance.
