The Opportunity:



We are currently looking for one Diploma Qualified Educator to join our Kurri Kurri team:

- Room Leader programming role - Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week

The Role: As a Diploma Qualified Educator at Tillys Kurri Kurri, you will contribute to providing high-quality education and care while supporting children's individual learning, development, safety and wellbeing.

Working collaboratively with your team, you will contribute to engaging learning environments and meaningful experiences that encourage children to explore, investigate, communicate and develop confidence in their abilities.

About You You bring heart, curiosity, and a genuine passion for early learning. You are committed to creating meaningful experiences where children feel confident, capable, and supported.

You also have:

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or are currently studying).
- Completion of the National Child Safety Training via Geccko, with a current certificate of completion.
- A commitment to child and cultural safety.
- An understanding of child protection and reporting obligations.
- A collaborative, inclusive approach and a desire to make a positive difference.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts between 6.30am and 6.30pm.
- A current Working with Children Check NSW.
- Current First Aid, CPR,



Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates.
- A strong understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Experience programming and planning for children, including assessing needs, setting objectives, fostering engagement, and designing, implementing and evaluating intentional and spontaneous experiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A genuine commitment to child safety, including zero tolerance to harm or risk of harm to all children and a commitment to a culture of reporting harm or risk of harm.
