Your Role Includes:

- Assisting with personal care, including showering and dressing
- Supporting the participant with community access and outings
- Providing safe and reliable transport as required
- Promoting the participant’s independence, dignity and choice




- Providing consistent and reliable support in line with the participant’s individual needs
- Building a positive and professional working relationship with the participant

Requirements:

- NDIS Screening Check or Police Check issued within the last 3 years
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Access to a car and valid driver's licence
