Unique Traits Community Services is seeking two Support Workers to provide consistent, person-centred support in Donvale.

We’re looking for calm, confident people who can build trust, follow support plans and use positive behaviour support approaches in their day-to-day work.

About the role

- Provide practical, respectful support tailored to the person’s needs and goals.
- Follow agreed routines and behaviour support strategies consistently.
- Respond calmly to behaviours of concern and communicate relevant updates to the team.
- Complete explicit and timely shift notes and documentation.

What we’re looking for

- Previous experience supporting people with oppositional defiant disorder (ODD).
- Strong experience responding to behaviours of concern.
- An understanding of positive behaviour support approaches.
- A calm, reliable and consistent approach.




- The appropriate NDIS-related checks and requirements for the role.
