We are a compassionate, person-centred support organisation seeking dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide tailored, high-quality support to individuals on the autism spectrum, helping them achieve their NDIS goals and live fulfilling, independent lives.

No two days are the same. You might be supporting a client at home, out in the community, at school, or through daily living activities — always following their lead and honouring their unique needs and communication styles.

- Provide personalised support aligned with each client's NDIS plan and individual goals
- Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
- Support clients in community participation, social skills development,



and recreational activities
- Implement strategies from behaviour support plans and liaise with allied health professionals
- Use evidence-based, autism-informed communication approaches (AAC, PECS, social stories, etc.)
- Build genuine, trusting relationships with clients and their families or carers
- Maintain accurate progress notes, incident reports, and client documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including occupational therapists and speech pathologists
- Promote the rights, dignity, and independence of every person you support

Pay: From $37.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
