Support Worker - Join Our Fun & Caring Team!

2 x ABN support worker positions available!

Are you an experienced and compassionate support worker looking for a rewarding role? We are seeking female support workers to join our close-knit and supportive team, providing high-level care for two amazing 25-year-old young men.

Both boys are non-verbal and wheelchair-dependent, so experience with manual handling and hoisting is essential. You’ll join a fun, dedicated team that values kindness, empathy and a great sense of humour.

What We Offer:

- Excellent pay: Weekday: $52 per hour and Weekend: $75.63 per hour, inclusive of superannuation

- In-house training to help you confidently manage the boys’ routines and care requirements

Key Responsibilities:

- Meal assistance, including PEG feeding and medication administration

- Manual handling: hoisting, transferring, handling heavy wheelchairs

- Personal care: showering,



dressing, bowel care

- Domestic duties: cleaning, laundry, shopping

- Community engagement: accompanying the boys on fun outings and daily activities

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

- A warm, fun-loving, and dependable nature

- Experience with high physical support needs

- Must be flexible and reliable
- A genuine passion for helping others

Mandatory Requirements:

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check

- First Aid & CPR Certificate

- Manual Handling Certificate

- Valid driver’s licence

- Non Smoker

- ABN and insurance to operate as an indpendant support worker
