At LYBL, every new team member completes paid training shifts before supporting a participant on their own. You'll know their routines, their support plan, and what a outstanding day looks like for them before you're on your own.
At LYBL we direct our efforts and resources into supporting youths and young adults with ASD and complex behaviours, this is what we have been doing since we began operating and what we will continue to do into the future. We're growing across Newcastle and Maitland and want experienced support workers who love this work and do it properly.
The work
Variety across SIL, respite, day programs and under-18s covering , so no two weeks look the same. [Shifts include mornings, afternoons, weekends, sleepovers and active awake overnight supports]

What you'll need
- Paid disability support experience (essential)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and NSW Working With Children Check
- First Aid and CPR
- Driver's licence and reliable, insured vehicle
- Cert III/IV in Individual Support or Disability, and experience with behaviours of concern (both highly regarded)
