Start immediately and step into a consistent, well-paid role supporting one NDIS participant in Neutral Bay. This is long-term contractor work with regular weekly hours, real independence, and the chance to build a strong one-to-one working relationship.

Why this role stands out

You’ll work primarily with one participant for around 30 hours a week. If it’s a good fit, extra regular hours with a second participant can take you to 35–38 hours. You get the security of consistent hours while working independently as a contractor — no last-minute casual shifts, just reliable, meaningful work in a great inner-north location, additional work in Surry Hills and Rose Bay.

What you’ll do

Provide consistent one-to-one support

Help with daily routines and independent living

Cook and prepare healthy, enjoyable meals

Keep the home organised,



clean and comfortable

Handle shopping, errands and household tasks

Drive to appointments, activities and community outings

Support community access and social connection

Help maintain a calm, organised and enjoyable home setting

Who we’re looking for

Someone who

Has experience supporting people with disability

Is a capable, confident cook

Is naturally clean, organised and comfortable with household tasks

Is a safe, confident driver with their own car

Is reliable, punctual and communicates well

Holds (or is willing to obtain) an NDIS Worker Screening Check

Has a current driver’s licence

Can provide reference checks from previous clients or NDIS participants
